About the Role
We are looking for a talented Analyst to be the primary data enabler for our Customer Marketing team, with a focus on data activation across our lifecycle campaigns. This role will own the data foundations that power our customer marketing, from enabling data connectivity between data warehouse and CRM tools to delivering post-campaign analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build a unified view of the customer experience across the lifecycle using segmentation and cohort analysis
- →Monitor, iterate, and report on lifecycle campaigns by reviewing multi-channel communication performance
- →Design and refine audience pathways for customer communications and commercial programs
- →Collaborate with Customer, Product, and Product Marketing teams to uncover insights from customer behaviour
- →Run post-campaign analysis and identify optimisation opportunities
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years experience in an analytical role
- ✓Bachelor degree in quantitative field
- ✓Strong analytics skills and understanding of the customer lifecycle marketing funnel
- ✓Experience working with complex audience segmentations
- ✓Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel/Google Sheet, and BI platforms
- ✓Experience with Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation tools
