About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our high-performing Marketing team at SiteMinder. This role involves working with data, solving problems, and supporting marketing teams through smart systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, test, and deploy email programs, nurture campaigns, landing pages, forms, and trigger-based workflows
- →Manage and optimise marketing automation workflows
- →Plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests for emails, landing pages, and forms
- →Maintain database health by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- →Investigate campaign performance issues, workflow breakdowns, and integration errors
- →Create and maintain dashboards and reports
- →Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of hands-on experience using Marketo for campaign execution
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data clean-up
- ✓Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
- ✓Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- ✓Curious and quick learner who can grasp new tools and processes quickly
- ✓Proactive and eager to troubleshoot and identify root causes
- ✓Team player who can also work independently
