About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join SiteMinder, the world's leading open hotel commerce platform. This role involves providing software training to hotel customers across Europe, ensuring they understand how to use our products and benefit from all features.
Key Responsibilities
- →Qualify customer requirements and prepare them for core product implementation
- →Deliver high-standard customer training via digital communication platforms
- →Communicate SiteMinder's support procedures to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- →Take ownership of customer problems and resolve any issues
- →Drive customer projects forward, meeting objectives
Requirements
- ✓Language Skills: English and Spanish
- ✓Proven customer service experience with a passion for premium customer experience
- ✓Tech-savvy with sound knowledge of technology
- ✓Experience in working towards targets and being goal-oriented
- ✓Always thinking about the customer experience
- ✓Experience in the hotel industry in admin roles, hotel digital marketing, or in a SaaS company is a plus!
