About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at SiteMinder, the world's leading open hotel commerce platform. You will become a trusted advisor to hotel owners, building awareness about how our products can benefit their property.
Key Responsibilities
- →Client acquisition - Create new opportunities and upsell current customers
- →Achieving sales KPIs and targets - Working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets
- →Presentation and negotiation – Prepare accurate quotes and develop proposals to clients
- →CRM maintenance – Maintain accurate records of your business development activities
- →Client feedback – Provide client feedback on products to the Product Team
- →Partner management – Work with local industry groups and travel associations
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in Spanish (min. C2)
- ✓Professional proficiency in English
- ✓Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience
- ✓A confident phone presence and great listening skills
- ✓Strong verbal skills to communicate professionally with customers
- ✓Self-motivation and resilience
