About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Manager to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition across Europe. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships with SIs, Consultancies, and ISVs, influencing major players within the critical infrastructure ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Achieve ambitious ARR targets by driving leads and opportunities with the partner network
- →Establish and nurture joint business plans with priority SIs and Consultancies
- →Spearhead co-selling initiatives and expand relationships with partners
- →Provide training sessions for Account Executives on effective partner collaboration
- →Map internal account lists with partner accounts to identify collaboration opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Partner Management and Sales Influence
- ✓Ability to exceed personal revenue targets with strong commercial drive
- ✓Hands-on approach to leading sales cycles with partners and AEs
- ✓Experience in running training sessions for Account Executives
- ✓Understanding of internal dynamics of professional service organizations
- ✓Experience negotiating and advancing partner agreements
- ✓Knowledge of Salesforce and/or AWS is preferred
- ✓Fluency in at least one European language (German, French, Spanish, or Italian)
- ✓Direct experience in relevant industries such as Clean Energy, Utilities, Digital Infrastructure, Data Centres, Real Estate, Rail
- ✓Detailed knowledge of competitive technology solutions within asset lifecycle management.
