About the Role
We are looking for a Group People Operations Manager to drive a large-scale transformation across multiple countries, modernizing processes and elevating the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the global transformation of People Operations by unifying country-specific processes
- →Implement automation and self-service tools to streamline operations
- →Own the company-wide rollout and implementation of our HRIS (Personio)
- →Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- →Ensure all People Operations processes adhere to local regulations
- →Help manage and build a constructive relationship with a newly formed Works Council
- →Work closely with the Chief People Officer and Corporate Functions
- →Manage a small team, fostering growth and development
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in People Operations within the DACH region
- ✓Strong knowledge of German and Swiss labor law and payroll processes
- ✓Hands-on experience working with German Works Councils
- ✓Practical experience implementing and optimising HRIS systems
- ✓Strong IT affinity with a track record in digitalisation and automation
- ✓Hands-on and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments
- ✓Fluency in English and German, Dutch or Danish is a plus
