About the Role
We are looking for a New Business Development Manager IAM to join our team. This role focuses on driving growth in the Identity & Access Management sector, from strategy and prospecting to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Win new customers and expand our footprint in target markets.
- →Drive the full sales cycle, collaborating with Delivery and Pre-Sales for maximum impact.
- →Position and evolve our unique IAM value proposition.
- →Leverage cross-selling opportunities and share market insights with your team.
- →Manage forecasts, pipelines, and governance standards with precision.
- →Respond efficiently to RFPs and tenders.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in B2B IT solution sales with a strong new logo track record.
- ✓Pipeline management, accurate forecasting, value-based selling, deal structuring, and opportunity hunting.
- ✓Proactive, strategic, opportunity-focused, and a strong communicator.
- ✓Fluent in Dutch & English (written and spoken).
- ✓Bachelor’s degree; IAM/security certifications a plus.
- ✓EU driver’s license.
- ✓Availability: 32–40h/week, flexible hours.
