About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join SIXT, playing a critical role in supporting the stability and performance of technology that powers our premium customer experience. This hands-on role serves as the frontline technical expert ensuring seamless day-to-day rental activity across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide hands-on technical support to branch employees across the region
- →Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and other operational peripherals
- →Install, configure, and deploy IT equipment in accordance with SIXT standards
- →Support new branch openings by validating device setup and network connectivity
- →Document incidents, resolutions, and root causes accurately in ServiceNow
- →Collaborate with Operations, Facilities, and vendors to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of IT support, field service, or service desk experience
- ✓Strong experience with Windows systems and Microsoft 365
- ✓Hardware troubleshooting and basic network connectivity knowledge
- ✓Structured approach to diagnosing issues and managing multiple support requests
- ✓Clear and professional communication skills
- ✓Based in Tulsa, OK with a valid driver’s license
- ✓Authorized to work in the United States
- ✓CompTIA A+, Network+ certifications preferred
