About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Roadside Supervisor to lead roadside assistance operations across Corporate Countries including FR, IT, BENELUX, and UK. This role focuses on coordinating emergency services and ensuring customers receive prompt, professional assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the implementation of a new vendor network and IT developments
- →Coordinate with local service providers to ensure smooth operations
- →Handle escalations of complex cases and ensure timely resolution
- →Support the coordination of cross-country cases
- →Monitor overall operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
- →Act as an interface between different internal departments
Requirements
- ✓Strong customer service background with a focus on Roadside Assistance
- ✓Strong understanding of automotive systems, towing procedures, and roadside assistance best practices
- ✓Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
- ✓Comfortable working with cross-functional data and dashboards
- ✓Strong analytical and decision-making skills, especially under time pressure
- ✓Fluent in English and French
