About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst with strong experience in traditional on-premises environments and deep knowledge of modern cloud-based infrastructures. This professional will be key to the reliability, availability, evolution, and security of critical environments, working from architecture design to advanced support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Administer and evolve on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure environments
- →Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of environments under responsibility
- →Manage operational health of infrastructure with a focus on incident prevention
- →Participate in cloud migration projects, including analysis, planning, execution, and post-migration
- →Administer hybrid cloud and private cloud environments, integrating on-premises and cloud workloads
- →Define secure, resilient, and scalable architectures
- →Administer advanced virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
- →Manage backup and recovery, ensuring business continuity
- →Administer storage (SAN, NAS) and analyze capacity and performance
- →Manage networks, connectivity, VPNs, load balancing, and latency
- →Administer and troubleshoot firewalls and infrastructure security
- →Analyze CPU, memory, storage, network, and connection performance
- →Identify bottlenecks and propose performance improvements
- →Perform complex troubleshooting, including critical incidents and production environments
- →Provide L3 support for mission-critical environments
- →Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, architectures, and diagrams
- →Define technical standards, best practices, and operational runbooks
- →Manage patch management to ensure security and stability
- →Support technical audits and compliance processes
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience in on-premises infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
- ✓Advanced virtualization administration (VMware, Hyper-V or equivalents)
- ✓Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, storage, identity, security)
- ✓Experience with hybrid and private cloud environments
- ✓Backup and Disaster Recovery
- ✓Storage (SAN, NAS)
- ✓Corporate networking and network security
- ✓Firewalls and access control
- ✓Patch management and operational automation
- ✓Monitoring and performance analysis
