About the Role

We are looking for a Content Manager to join MaxBeauty, a health & beauty startup within the SKELAR venture builder. This role focuses on creating educational content that helps users understand self-care, develop effective beauty routines, and achieve long-term results.

Key Responsibilities

→Create and manage educational content in the beauty and wellness space (lessons, courses, app materials)
→Analyze content effectiveness and work with metrics (engagement, completion rate, impact on retention)
→Create hypotheses and conduct content experiments, improving materials based on data
→Write clear, structured, and engaging scripts for educational videos
→Ensure content aligns with brand tone of voice and quality standards
→Work with CMS and LMS systems to upload, update, and maintain content
→Edit, improve, and keep existing materials up-to-date
→Conduct research in skincare, beauty, and wellness to create quality content
→Monitor industry trends, user behavior, and new content development opportunities
→Collaborate closely with product, design, and other teams

Requirements

✓English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or above
✓Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
✓Experience creating educational content (long-form and short-form)
✓Ability to work with tone of voice and adapt communication style according to brand guidelines
✓Experience writing scripts for educational or instructional videos
✓Experience with CMS and/or LMS systems
✓High attention to detail and content quality standards
✓Ability to work with AI tools (ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Gemini, or equivalents)
✓Strong research and fact-checking skills
✓Understanding of content metrics and ability to work with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude)
✓Data-driven approach to decision-making
