About the Role
We are looking for a Growth UI/UX Design Lead to join our team at SKELAR, a venture builder that creates international tech businesses. This role focuses on solving business challenges through research, ideas, and effective design.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign effective marketing funnels
- βCreate user flows on target pages
- βGenerate hypotheses and validate them through A/B testing
- βAnalyze direct and indirect competitor funnels
- βAnalyze user behavior through internal analytics tools
- βCollaborate closely with a strong team of designers, developers, and analysts
Requirements
- β1.5+ years of experience in web design
- βProficiency with Figma
- βKnowledge of composition, typography, and color theory
- βBusiness orientation - design focused on conversion growth
- βAbility to present information structurally
- βAbility to argue design decisions
- βAbility to receive constructive feedback
- βDesire to develop and grow in seniority
