About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join Brighterly by SKELAR, an online math school for children in English-speaking countries. As an HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and business leaders, helping to shape new teams and adapt organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as a business partner to the CEO and leaders, helping to form new teams and adapt organizational structure
→Take full ownership of the Employee Lifecycle in the defined business
→Improve processes that enhance business performance: performance cycles, leadership development, feedback ecosystem, succession planning, organizational design
→Build frameworks and analytics for international remote teams
→Analyze data about people and team dynamics to make strategic decisions
→Build a culture of high efficiency where ambition, transparency, and responsibility coexist with humanity

Requirements

✓3+ years of HRBP/People Partnership experience in a dynamic environment
✓Understanding of how business works and the ability to speak the language of numbers, priorities, and impact
✓Experience managing the Employee Lifecycle as a strategic system
✓Strong skills in building relationships with leaders and effective communication
✓Ability to take responsibility, propose new ideas, experiment, and focus on results and meaning
✓System thinking: ability to see patterns rather than just individual cases
✓Result and purpose orientation: ability to set priorities, track progress, find resources, and meet deadlines
