About the Role
We are looking for an HR People Partner to join our business PawChamp, a mobile app and online platform for pet parents. This role focuses on implementing and optimizing HR processes to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- βImplement and optimize HR processes including onboarding, performance review, offboarding, and feedback ecosystem
- βConduct HR research and surveys, analyze data, and implement changes based on results
- βAdvise the team on HR policies and assist managers in developing leadership skills
- βInteract with 80+ team members working from different locations, maintaining unity and shared vision
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience in HR People Partner or HR Generalist role
- βUnderstanding of how to organize effective collaboration with remote teams
- βProficiency in conducting 1-to-1 sessions and selecting motivational tools
- βExperience with HR analytics and modern tools for process building
- βProactiveness and initiative: willingness to take full responsibility for your area and focus on results
- βExcellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to explain complex matters simply and inspiringly
