About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Agent to join our in-house support team at RiseGuide, an EdTech product for self-improvement. This role focuses on being the voice and face of RiseGuide for users, handling customer inquiries through email and chat, and improving support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- βBe the voice and face of RiseGuide for users, responding to customer inquiries via email and chat
- βWork in a shift-based schedule, including night shifts, and meet KPIs
- βImprove support processes, from small changes in macros to testing and launching new tools and workflows
- βDive deep into the product, mastering all support flows, identifying weaknesses, and helping to make the service more convenient and efficient
Requirements
- β3+ months of experience in Customer Support; candidates from related domains will also be considered
- βFluent English (B2+) for comfortable written and verbal communication with users worldwide
- βAttention to detail when gathering information for escalating complex requests to technical support, product, and legal departments
- βEmpathy and customer orientation, ensuring users have a positive experience even in difficult situations
- βQuick adaptability to new flows, tools, and processes
