About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager (Creative Producer) to join MaxBeauty, a health and beauty startup within the SKELAR venture builder. This role focuses on developing creative marketing strategies and driving experiments in paid channels to scale successful concepts and directly impact business results.

Key Responsibilities

→Own performance creative and drive experiments in paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google)
→Develop creative strategy with PMM and UAM
→Generate, prioritize, and launch creative hypotheses with focus on scaling successful ROI concepts
→Build testing system: insight → concept → production → analysis → scaling
→Work with UGC creators and designers: briefs, storyboards, feedback, and quality control
→Analyze creative results, find patterns, and form insights for next iterations
→Develop successful creative concepts based on user behavior and marketing/product metrics

Requirements

✓3+ years experience in performance marketing in creative marketing/user acquisition/growth for B2C products
✓Experience with Meta Ads as primary channel with proven results
✓Understanding of how creative impacts audience quality and funnel behavior through metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA/CAC, LTV)
✓High level of curiosity and desire to deeply understand user needs
✓Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and make independent decisions
✓Creativity and ability to generate hypotheses based on competitive analysis and business priorities
✓Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high uncertainty
✓Orientation on results and willingness to take responsibility
✓Upper-Intermediate+ English level
