About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our team at Storyby, an entertainment tech company transforming original ideas into novels, vertical films, and immersive audiobooks. This role will be responsible for the SEO direction of all products in the Storyby ecosystem, including DramaShorts, AlphaNovel, and StorybyWriter, primarily targeting Tier-1 markets like the USA.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement SEO strategies for all Storyby products on Tier-1 markets (primarily USA)
→Conduct technical SEO audits of websites, identify and resolve technical issues
→Prepare technical tasks for developers
→Ensure optimal website architecture for search engine crawling and indexing
→Collect and cluster semantic core, create content plans and tasks for copywriters
→Build effective content architecture for all ecosystem websites
→Develop and implement link-building strategies
→Analyze trends and competitors, integrate new SEO practices into team work
→Track, analyze, and report on SEO effectiveness: organic traffic, positions, conversions, ROI
→Establish processes for SEO content production, including delegation, AI integration, and quality validation
→Work with SERM (search engine reputation management)

Requirements

✓2+ years of experience in SEO with proven results in increasing organic traffic and conversions
✓Deep understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization
✓Experience working with projects on Tier-1 markets (USA, UK)
✓Knowledge of search algorithms and SEO best practices; awareness of Google trends and updates
✓Experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, or similar
✓Experience with content, including AI tools
✓English B2+ for effective work with English content
✓Strong analytical skills, ability to structure and present information in an understandable format
