Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) – EMEA (Switzerland) at Skydio

About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) – EMEA to drive Skydio's business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will own a defined set of EMEA government enterprise accounts, prospect within your territory, and build a deep understanding of customer operations to effectively demonstrate and deploy Skydio technology at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• →Identify new business development opportunities across EMEA and grow them into long-term customers
• →Own and execute account strategies and sales forecasts that demonstrate continued penetration, upsell, and expansion within EMEA accounts
• →Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan to identify, engage, and create opportunities with high-propensity enterprise and public-sector customers
• →Build and manage a robust pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• →Develop a deep understanding of customer missions, workflows, and pain points across diverse regional and regulatory environments
• →Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships within customer organizations
• →Maintain knowledge of regional UAS programs, standards, regulations, and policy frameworks
• →Coordinate closely with sales operations and customer success teams to ensure successful deployments
• →Gather and share competitive intelligence on regional market trends and competitor activity
• →Share customer insights and product requirements with product management
• →Partner with customer success and solutions teams to deliver effective demonstrations, pilots, and product training
