About the Role
Service designers at Skylight tie together human, digital, and physical interactions to create or change how government organizations operate to improve services. This role involves understanding organizational landscapes, identifying opportunities, and iteratively developing services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead strategy and planning for service design engagements
- →Conduct core service design activities—research, ideation, prototyping, and implementation—as part of a multidisciplinary team
- →Understand user behavior through research planning, data collection, and synthesis
- →Generate ideas through ideation planning, generation, and selection
- →Explore and communicate future service experiences through prototyping
- →Implement changes to service components through process reengineering, software development, and change management
- →Maintain organized documentation throughout the process
