Key Responsibilities
- →Partner closely with leadership to manage priorities, execution, and follow-through
- →Own leadership calendar, scheduling, and preparation for highest-impact work
- →Drive special projects and cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
- →Coordinate and execute company-wide events, offsites, and team activities
- →Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure the San Francisco office runs smoothly
- →Manage vendors, supplies, and office logistics
- →Establish and improve internal processes that create leverage for leadership and teams
Requirements
- ✓1–3+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Program Manager, EA, or early-stage operator
- ✓Experience working directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced startup environment
- ✓Exceptionally high agency and ability to act without waiting for direction
- ✓Strong organizational and prioritization skills with extreme attention to detail
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Comfort operating in ambiguity and switching between strategic and tactical work
- ✓Proven ability to manage calendars, events, and operational workflows at a high level
- ✓Based in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco for an onsite role
