About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to assist in implementing a highly-effective compliance program in a dynamic PBM regulatory landscape. This position will focus on operational and compliance policies, training, and oversight materials.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research compliance program benchmarks and requirements
- →Design and enhance organizational code of conduct
- →Write, edit, or maintain compliance policies and procedures
- →Develop compliance training and education programs
- →Establish and enforce reviews of business policies
- →Create compliance communication plans
- →Write and track compliance program responses to client requests
- →Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- →Investigate potential issues of non-compliance
- →Perform root-cause analysis and identify prevention opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, compliance, or related field
- ✓Minimum of four years of compliance experience at a PBM or health plan
- ✓Direct experience with pharmacy benefits, network, and claims
- ✓Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), CHPC, or CCEP preferred
- ✓Strong understanding of compliance program elements
- ✓Familiarity with PBM-related healthcare operations
- ✓Working knowledge of healthcare compliance standards
- ✓Knowledge of ERISA, Healthcare Exchange Marketplace, Worker’s Compensation, and Medicare
- ✓Strong organizational and project management skills
- ✓Professional verbal and written communication skills
