Key Responsibilities
- →Generate offline CNC programs for various machines in the plant using CADCAM automation and following the CADCAM strategy, as well as generating programs in Mazatrol when necessary
- →Use and maintain global cutting conditions in collaboration with manufacturing, according to raw materials
- →Ensure compliance with defined programming standards and provide feedback on findings
- →Ensure proper and complete documentation of CNC programs in NC Base
- →Determine cycle times and preparation times by strategy, as well as updating these in the route and ERP system; also participate in validation and support
- →Advise plant personnel for better use of programs in the plant, ensuring standard structure and procedures are followed
- →Actively collaborate with the compliance of HSEQ management and control systems
- →Take responsibility for aspects of the SST (Safety and Health at Work) and environmental management system under control
- →Fulfill other activities indicated in procedures and operational controls
- →Comply with company policies, regulations, and code of ethics
- →Maintain order and cleanliness in the plant and work area, following 5 S's guidelines
Requirements
- ✓Experience with CNC programming and CADCAM tools
- ✓Knowledge of Mazatrol programming
- ✓Understanding of NC Base documentation
- ✓Familiarity with ERP systems
- ✓Awareness of HSEQ and SST management systems
- ✓Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace
