About the Role
We are looking for a Quality System Inspector to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Inspection of fabricated & machining parts as per engineering drawing
- →Material test certificate review
- →Incoming material inspection at fabrication premises
- →Conducting In process & final inspection
- →Handling W S S inspection TPI’s
- →Handling NC’s related to Suppliers
- →Additional duties as assigned
- →Monitoring Company’s COPQ target
- →Tracking Other relevant Quality metrics
- →Implementing Quality management system improvements
Requirements
- ✓Experience in quality inspection and control
- ✓Knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications
- ✓Understanding of material testing procedures
- ✓Ability to handle non-conformance issues
- ✓Familiarity with quality metrics and continuous improvement
