About the Role
We are looking for a Photographer Community Manager to join Snappr, the largest on-demand marketplace for photographers and videographers. This new role focuses on building engagement, loyalty, and advocacy among our photographer network.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and manage monthly photographer newsletter with policy updates, product changes, and community news
- →Synthesize photographer feedback into actionable insights and deliver monthly reports
- →Coordinate and participate in photographer ambassador meetings
- →Manage photographer-facing content and resources
- →Drive social media engagement with photographers
- →Support webinar and event coordination
- →Monitor and communicate point system changes
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on photography background (professional, hobbyist, or enthusiast level)
- ✓Understanding of US photography market, trends, and culture
- ✓Strong written communication skills
- ✓Pattern recognition and analytical thinking
- ✓Project coordination skills
- ✓Empathy for community members
- ✓Ability to work at a furious pace when deadlines are tight
