About the Role
Snowball is hiring a Producer-Editor for FinMC, a new YouTube channel focused on finance and trading content. This role involves collaborating with financial experts to create engaging, clear, and accessible content for everyday investors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the production process from shooting to editing for YouTube-first formats
- →Shape raw footage into compelling stories that make finance concepts approachable
- →Collaborate with scriptwriters and traders to ensure narrative accuracy and clarity
- →Use graphics, pacing, and storytelling techniques to maximize viewer retention
- →Maintain brand consistency across all video content
- →Stay current with YouTube editing and packaging trends, particularly in finance edutainment
Requirements
- ✓Strong interest in finance, investing, and trading
- ✓3-5+ years of professional experience in video production and editing (YouTube strongly preferred)
- ✓Ability to both shoot and edit content independently (camera/lighting + Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- ✓Proven track record of making technical subjects visually engaging and entertaining
- ✓Strong project management skills to oversee end-to-end production workflows
- ✓Motion graphics, sound design, and color grading experience are a plus
