About the Role
Monarch Money is seeking a YouTube Video Producer to create long-form video content that demystifies financial topics and helps people make better financial decisions. This role will develop YouTube-first formats and own the full production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute YouTube-first video formats aligned with Monarch’s mission and brand values
- →Translate personal finance concepts into approachable, story-driven narratives
- →Lead the full YouTube production cycle from research to post-production
- →Experiment with long-form formats to position Monarch as a trusted authority
- →Partner with Monarch’s Brand and Creative teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
- →Analyze performance data and optimize for reach, retention, and engagement
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a video producer, filmmaker, or content creator
- ✓Strong storytelling portfolio with YouTube-optimized long-form content
- ✓Ability to make complex topics clear and accessible
- ✓Experience owning an end-to-end production pipeline
- ✓Strong collaborator with cross-functional team experience
- ✓Deep understanding of YouTube best practices and audience behavior
- ✓Passion for Monarch’s mission and interest in finance
