About the Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join Solace, a healthcare startup that pairs patients with expert advocates. This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role focused on qualifying warm leads and scheduling interviews with RN candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct 20–25 Zoom-based screening calls per day with inbound candidates
- →Assess key fit criteria including licensure, availability, and baseline qualifications
- →Deliver a clear, compelling overview of the opportunity and what to expect next
- →Schedule same-day or next-day interviews with Senior Recruiters
- →Collaborate closely with senior team members to refine messaging and improve efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Have 3–5 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or both)
- ✓Communicate clearly and warmly, especially on Zoom
- ✓Thrive in an ever-changing environment and able to pivot quickly
- ✓Have strong professional judgment and can identify red flags or alignment issues
- ✓Are ambitious to grow and hungry to learn
