About the Role
Join the BOS (Business Operational Support) Design team at Toulouse Business. This role involves supporting designers and ensuring smooth operations in engineering and design processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond to incidents and manage their criticality
- →Unblock designers and production in the Design department
- →Contact users directly
- →Ensure compliance with methods and processes to maintain data integrity
- →Inform about new improvements and features in processes, tools, and software
- →Write Knowledge Articles (KB), One Pager, Method, User Guide, Newsletter
- →Conduct meetings with Elec teams
- →Organize and present Awareness sessions and support documents
- →Administer Live Demos on Elec tools
- →Report user needs to Elec software development teams
- →Participate in testing campaigns
- →Detect bugs, evaluate their criticality, and prioritize fixes
- →Retest and validate fixes or improvements
- →Provide assistance and support during deployment to production environments
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in engineering, particularly aeronautical
- ✓Knowledge of design software and tools
- ✓Understanding of configuration and electrical property software
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication abilities
