About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on strategic projects related to banking credit solutions, including real estate and corporate credit. These projects are part of the digital transformation of financial institutions and require a strong understanding of business processes and information systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze functional aspects and define scope: Understand business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
- →Participate in defining the solution and updating the data model.
- →Write detailed functional specifications.
- →Design end-to-end features aligned with user needs.
- →Co-facilitate workshops for scope definition and needs expression.
- →Interact directly with clients and project teams.
- →Define testing strategy, write and execute test plans.
- →Ensure traceability and coverage of requirements.
- →Maintain the documentation heritage and share functional knowledge.
- →Participate in Business Analyst community activities at SSG.
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.
- ✓Experience in financial services, particularly in credit solutions.
- ✓Proficiency in data modeling and requirements analysis.
- ✓Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- ✓Experience in testing strategy and execution.
- ✓Ability to maintain and update documentation.
