About the Role
We are seeking a SAP Program Manager to manage the profitable and effective deployment of SAP solutions to clients. This role serves as the management focal point between customers and strategic partners during pre-sales, implementation, and support of SAP global business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage SAP projects or programs within defined time, scope, quality, and cost constraints
- →Provide assistance during the opportunity creation phase through scoping assessments, resource estimation, project costing, proposal generation, and team evaluation
- →Provide management support to internal and external rollout projects
- →Identify opportunities to add value through SAP services
- →Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with clients, partners, and SAP business units
- →Build knowledge management and share experiences with the professional services team
- →Ensure project readiness for audit and adherence to defined processes
- →Continually improve program/project productivity
- →Create consolidated project status reporting and identify issues
- →Manage relationships with stakeholder groups
- →Drive change for large-scale programs
- →Collaborate with geographic teams for strategic initiatives
- →Ensure stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed
Requirements
- ✓14-18 years of total experience
- ✓Hands-on experience with SAP & its portfolio, especially SAP S4HANA
- ✓Expertise in one of the SAP Domains, preferably SAP MM, PP, or QM
- ✓Experience in the Manufacturing industry and domain
- ✓Strong communication skills, including with senior executives
- ✓Ability to work with autonomy and proactivity
- ✓Focus on details and self-driven
- ✓Excellent time management and task prioritization
- ✓Flexibility to work through different time zones
- ✓Quick to adapt and accelerate learning for new assignments
- ✓Pre-Sales exposure is a must
- ✓Familiarity with Agile/SAFe
