About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure LinkedIn’s global clients achieve significant return on their investment with Learning Solutions. This role involves creating strategies that drive engagement and innovation across multinational organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively own and manage key customer moments to establish credibility as a business advisor
- →Partner with sales counterparts to drive customer adoption and mitigate churn risk
- →Develop innovative ways to share data and insights that impact customer success
- →Create and execute large solution implementations to ensure user adoption at scale
- →Drive customer engagement on relevant features based on industry knowledge
- →Act as a change agent for internal and external changes
- →Serve as the voice of the customer to provide feedback to internal teams
- →Identify business gaps and lead cross-functional projects to enhance customer value
Requirements
- ✓Robust understanding of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions and industry knowledge
- ✓Experience in customer success management and strategic value reviews
- ✓Ability to develop and execute large-scale solution implementations
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Proven ability to drive customer engagement and adoption
- ✓Experience in leading or contributing to cross-functional projects
- ✓Accountability for partnership success measured through executive engagements and ROI delivery
