About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our I3X team based in Chartres-de-Bretagne, dedicated to Innovation, Experimentation, and Simulation in the Defense sector. You will be part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team working in an innovative technological environment with rich, stimulating activities and high visibility.

Key Responsibilities

→Collaborate with the technical architect on product integration into the IT system
→Ensure compliance with development and production best practices and standards
→Build future IT architectures in collaboration with a senior architect
→Guide and support project developers in their skill development
→Participate in prototype development
→Contribute to industrialization and automation operations
→Handle complex technical studies or cost estimates
→Participate in client meetings
→Contribute to the technical direction of the pole and agency
→Conduct technical interviews for new recruitments
→Contribute to technical pre-sales
→Promote innovation and R&D work
→Actively participate in ecosystem trade shows
→Ensure compliance with security guidelines

Requirements

✓Strong technical background with experience in Java, SpringBoot, Thymeleaf
✓Proficiency in Angular, React, VueJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
✓Experience with Web Services (REST, Websocket)
✓Knowledge of Python and Django
✓Familiarity with C#, C++, Qt, VTK, GDAL
✓Experience with game engines Unity and Unreal Engine
✓Understanding of Big Data technologies like Nifi, Kafka, Spark
✓Experience with Cloud technologies (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, RKE2, VShere)
✓Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Apache Solr, Cassandra)
✓Experience with Git, GitLab, SonarQube
✓Familiarity with Agile methodologies
