About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at SoSafe, the leading human risk management provider in Europe. This role focuses on ensuring our Spanish and Italian customers derive maximum value from our product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive strategic success by partnering with customers to define clear success criteria and build tailored engagement plans
- →Advise customers on best practices for cybersecurity awareness and help them design effective internal safety cultures
- →Lead impactful Business Reviews to demonstrate the tangible ROI and security improvements SoSafe provides
- →Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" by synthesizing user feedback and sharing insights with the Product Development team
- →Monitor health scores and adoption trends to proactively support customers
- →Cultivate strong relationships that turn satisfied users into brand advocates
- →Guide customers through the deployment of awareness campaigns
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
- ✓Proven track record of driving product adoption and communicating value delivery
- ✓Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English (Italian also an advantage)
- ✓Experience articulating complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Ability to translate technical features into business benefits and use data to tell compelling stories
- ✓Experience navigating complex organizations and handling multiple stakeholders
- ✓Experience working within a SaaS environment
- ✓High level of curiosity regarding evolving technology and the cybersecurity landscape
- ✓Ability to thrive in a scale-up team environment where continuous learning and knowledge sharing are prioritized
