About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Product Sales Manager to support Starlink’s adoption across the world. This role requires a strong balance of business and technical acumen, as well as knowledge of the Starlink product and network, to support the Enterprise Sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the user experience of Enterprise customers for Starlink.com – this includes checkout experience, customer acquisition, retention, and product marketing
- →Identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth
- →Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s growing portfolio
- →Support the sales engagements of the broader team, engage with customers, and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilities
- →Work in partnership with our Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams
- →Consult with Sales Operations to improve Go-to-market processes for new product offerings
- →Oversee technical training and development for team members
- →Represent Starlink at global conferences and events
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience
- ✓5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management
- ✓5+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing role
- ✓Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- ✓Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations
