About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for engineering and product roles, playing a critical role in shaping the future of our technical teams. This position involves partnering with engineering and product hiring teams to understand hiring needs and build strong recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities

- →Constantly work towards raising the overall hiring bar
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience
- ✓Proven track record hiring engineers across technical verticals
- ✓Strong technical literacy in distributed systems and modern AI tooling
- ✓Ability to own the entire recruitment lifecycle
- ✓Strong hiring judgment to assess technical capability and behavioural signals
- ✓Data-aware and structured approach to recruitment
- ✓Highly autonomous with a strong ownership mindset
- ✓Fluency in English is essential
