About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join Spotify's Global Monetization Product Marketing team, focusing on advertising targeting and brand safety solutions. This role involves partnering with R&D teams to build innovative ad products and develop go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive product and feature development for Spotify’s audience targeting and brand safety solutions
- →Develop a deep understanding of advertiser needs, customer segments, and industry trends
- →Own product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates Spotify’s value in targeting and brand-safe advertising environments
- →Lead global go-to-market launches in partnership with cross-functional teams
- →Support product adoption and growth through sales enablement and market expansion strategies
- →Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmaps and marketing strategy
- →Act as a subject-matter expert internally on targeting and brand safety
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry
- ✓Strong expertise in targeting, audience solutions, brand safety, and suitability
- ✓BA/BS degree or equivalent; master’s degree a plus
- ✓Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- ✓Proficiency in customer research and data/insights to inform product/GTM strategy
- ✓Experience working globally and presenting to large industry groups
- ✓Ability to explain technical concepts in relatable language
