About the Role
We are looking for a Product UX Designer to join our Shipping Our Expertise (SOE) team at Spotify. This role involves shaping the design strategy for our emerging SaaS catalog and creating high-impact solutions that empower organizations in the digital world.
Key Responsibilities
- βFrame complex problem spaces and define the design strategy for our emerging SaaS catalog
- βOwn the design quality and cohesion of sophisticated user journeys
- βContribute to and evolve a design system that supports a growing catalog of external-facing products
- βCraft intuitive experiences for a wide range of customer types
- βRepresent the design field in product rituals and high-stakes collaborator forums
- βLeverage AI-assisted workflows and tools to expedite idea generation and rapid prototyping
- βPartner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to co-create strategic direction
- βEmpower and mentor other designers, fostering a culture of high-caliber design strategy and execution
