About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst, Operations Performance to join Spring Health, a company revolutionizing mental healthcare. This role will help drive operational excellence and measurable quality improvement across the Provider Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and maintain scalable quality monitoring frameworks for the Provider Operations department
- βTranslate quality data into actionable insights and identify drivers of quality variation
- βPartner with Provider Operations leaders to design and evaluate quality improvement initiatives
- βBuild durable feedback loops by connecting quality insights to coaching and enablement
- βLeverage AI to accelerate quality workflows while maintaining appropriate controls
- βOwn Provider Operations quality measurement and reporting, including KPI definitions and scorecards
- βSupport ad hoc analyses and special projects
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field
- β2β4+ years of experience in management consulting, operations analytics, or a related role
- βExperience building quality measurement systems and performance scorecards
- βProven experience in developing and managing analytical models with tools like Looker, SQL, and Hex
- βDemonstrated ability to partner with leadership to solve complex business challenges
- βExcellent communication and storytelling skills
- βA builderβs mindset for establishing frameworks and processes in a scaling environment
