About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our Neuro team at Stay22. This role focuses on building robust backend systems that power our AI/ML infrastructure, supporting our machine-learning redirect and affiliate link systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect, implement, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines and services to support Stay22's AI products
- →Own the backend and API development for the Roam and Spark engines, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
- →Create and maintain internal Large Language Model (LLM) client/gateway layers for product teams
- →Partner with ML engineering and Data teams to integrate models and optimize data pipelines
- →Coordinate with platform team to implement cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices
- →Build internal developer-facing services and tools to accelerate AI experimentation
- →Ensure backend systems are well-documented, maintainable, and performant at scale
Requirements
- ✓English proficiency for daily communication with international colleagues
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 8+ years of backend development experience
- ✓Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks like FastAPI
- ✓Experience deploying services on cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- ✓Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and asynchronous task queues
- ✓Understanding of machine learning workflows and challenges of serving ML models
- ✓Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring/alerting
- ✓Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ✓Self-driven problem-solver who can work independently in a hybrid environment
