About the Role
We are looking for a builder-operator to join our Business Operations team at Stedi, the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse. This role involves working directly with Finance, Legal, Ops, and Recruiting to scale systems and processes that run Stedi.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with senior leaders in Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and GTM to bring structure, insight, and velocity to top-priority operational challenges
- →Design and build tools, integrations, and automation that turn bespoke work into reusable workflows
- →Map and continuously improve data flows and processes across business systems
- →Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows that increase speed and accuracy
- →Build solution-grade analytics that shape decisions
- →Develop and maintain full-context documentation
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in integration engineering, consulting, finance, business operations, or similar roles
- ✓Technical and hands-on experience with APIs/data models and modern business systems
- ✓Analytical skills with strong understanding of unit economics and margin mechanics
- ✓Ability to ship spreadsheets, scripts, automations, and lightweight apps
- ✓Experience designing scalable workflows and data models
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure from chaos
- ✓Strong communication skills with senior leaders
