About the Role

SteerBridge Strategies is seeking a UX Researcher to support a mission-critical Defense Aviation Logistics application used by federal customers. This role focuses on deep user research, usability validation, and workflow optimization in high-consequence operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

→Work closely with UX designers, engineers, product managers, and subject-matter experts
→Ensure the system supports aviation readiness, sustainment, and operational planning
→Conduct UX research and usability validation
→Optimize workflows in high-consequence operational environments

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in UX Research, Human Factors, or related roles
✓Demonstrated experience operating as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or hybrid UX/PO role
✓Strong command of UX research methodologies and product discovery practices
✓Experience influencing roadmaps and delivery decisions through research
✓Excellent stakeholder communication and decision-making skills
✓Experience working in regulated or high-risk environments
