About the Role
Stepful is seeking a Director of Enterprise Demand Generation to define and lead their B2B marketing strategy. This role will set the direction for scaling Stepful's talent-pipeline solution for the US healthcare industry, focusing on employer-facing positioning and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the B2B marketing strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with commercial goals
- →Lead market and competitive research to shape positioning and sales enablement
- →Develop core product marketing assets and frameworks for sales enablement
- →Lead launches for new products, programs, and features
- →Lead B2B demand generation strategy including account-based marketing and content-driven campaigns
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with product marketing and demand generation
- ✓Proven track record setting strategy and owning execution
- ✓Experience marketing to large healthcare employers
- ✓Excellent storytelling and messaging abilities
- ✓Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, and executive leadership
