We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Stepful, a Y Combinator-backed company reimagining allied healthcare training. This role focuses on building rich, intuitive experiences for students, instructors, and coaches across our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design rich, intuitive experiences for students, instructors, and coaches
- →Autonomously define opportunities and appropriate methodologies for product design
- →Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to guide design decisions
- →Collaborate closely with product, engineering, growth, and operations teams
- →Own and mature our design system across all products
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of work experience with a focus on product design
- ✓Deep understanding of the tech that powers digital products
- ✓End-to-end approach to product design with various skills
- ✓Experience driving user research to inform product strategy
- ✓Experience building relationships with teammates and influencing decisions
