About the Role
Storyblok is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Territory Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support customers at various stages of their journey, ensuring they have a positive experience with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on building relationships, understanding their needs, and driving account growth.
- →Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- →Assist customers with basic platform usage questions and troubleshoot minor technical issues with guidance from the technical team.
- →Relay customer feedback to the relevant teams to help identify areas for product improvement.
- →Support the Customer Success Team with administrative and operational tasks, such as maintaining customer records and preparing reports.
- →Develop and participate in Customer Success projects and initiatives to improve processes or tactics, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- ✓Good understanding of customer success principles and a willingness to learn.
- ✓Excellent written and spoken English.
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- ✓Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- ✓2-3 years of experience; training will be provided.
