About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Environment Project Manager at Stripe to manage the end-to-end buildout of a high-end real estate project in San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a high-end build-out end-to-end, from initial concept through to grand opening, coordinating with developers, architects, and consultants to deliver a premium environment on time and on budget.
- →Quarterback creative production and operational workstreams to completion, serving as the primary problem-solver to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution.
- →Orchestrate a procurement supply chain, managing the procurement of long-lead custom materials and anticipating manufacturing bottlenecks and logistics hurdles.
- →Drive accountability across the external partner ecosystem, managing architects, general contractors, and custom fabricators to ensure high-caliber work is delivered on pace.
- →Rigorously manage the project budget, maintaining real-time visibility into costs and guiding leadership through financial decisions.
- →Codify decision-making by creating memos and documentation to track critical choice points.
- →Be uncompromising on the final result, delivering a build that is aesthetically stunning and functions flawlessly.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience managing high-end retail, luxury hospitality, or experiential build-outs.
- ✓Deep technical mastery of construction systems (MEP, AV, Lighting) paired with an obsession for fit, finish, and custom fabrication details.
- ✓Proven success delivering singular, high-end, capital intensive projects.
- ✓Strong commercial acumen, skilled at negotiating contracts, managing aggressive budgets, and holding GCs and vendors accountable.
- ✓A "translator" between Brand and Build, effectively communicating complex technical constraints to creative teams and strategic business goals to construction partners.
- ✓A strategic problem solver who anticipates risks in the schedule and budget months in advance and brings solutions to the table.
