About the Role
We are looking for a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our corporate functions (Core) teams across AMER at Stripe. This role involves overseeing full-cycle recruiting, shaping hiring strategies, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies
- →Work closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress
- →Build and drive cross-functional partnerships to scale hiring across Stripe
- →Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and employee referral channels
- →Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
- ✓Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process
- ✓High agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization
- ✓Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
- ✓An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
