About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join Stripe's Launch team. This role focuses on guiding customers to successful Stripe implementations and managing relationships with users.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor the deal-signed-not-live backlog for users
- →Partner with SA manager team to ensure signed users have appropriate implementation offerings
- →Intervene with stuck users to quickly unblock them or route complex requirements
- →Facilitate internal Stripe processes and manage Stripe-owned tasks on behalf of users
- →Ensure handoff to Paid Support, Data Migrations, and other Stripe teams for user-led implementations
- →Measure and report on the progress and completion of user implementations
Requirements
- ✓Corporate internship or 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
- ✓Experience in a customer-facing environment
- ✓Strong analytical, quantitative and operational capabilities
- ✓Comfort in operating in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience collaborating on multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
- ✓BSc or equivalent degree in a related field (technology, business administration, project management etc.)
- ✓Exceptional communication and presentation skills
