About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Program Manager to join Stripe's Marketing Operations team. This role will focus on driving critical operational programs across campaign execution, prospect data management, and marketing process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

→Create and lead programs to transform marketing and sales development with AI programs like AI SDRs and agentic marketing campaign production
→Own end-to-end program delivery for marketing operations initiatives, maintaining communications, tracking milestones, and coordinating cross-functional workstreams
→Serve as the process owner for campaign execution workflows across email, landing pages, and paid media
→Scope campaign requirements, assess complexity, and lead capacity planning to ensure smooth execution
→Consult on best practices in Marketo and Braze, designing complex nurture and trigger campaigns
→Own prospect data programs including marketing database growth strategy
→Drive sales contact data completeness and accuracy for target accounts
→Lead programs to address recurring operational challenges
→Partner with Engineering teams to translate operational needs into product requirements
→Coordinate review cycles, pilots, and feedback collection during program execution
→Drive ongoing improvements in marketing operations through process innovation and automation
→Maintain scalable documentation and support coordination with offshore production teams

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign management, or related program management role
✓3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM platforms, prospect data, and lead management
✓3+ years of experience in end-to-end program management of cross-functional initiatives
✓Experience building AI agents with deployment examples
✓3+ years of experience doing analysis using queries, dashboards, and AI
✓3+ years of experience defining scope and goals and collaborating with global teams
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
