About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Solution Architect to join Stripe's Partner Solutions Architecture (PSA) team. This role involves providing technical guidance to Stripe's partners and driving growth through co-solutioning, education, and enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with key partners like AWS to build out their Stripe capabilities and solutions
- →Develop and execute enablement plans
- →Engage with CTOs, engineering, and technical leads at key partners
- →Communicate success internally through QBRs
- →Provide oversight and assistance during the partners' sales process
- →Educate the Stripe sales team on key partner solutions
- →Serve as an advocate for key partners within specific sales regions
- →Collaborate on technical content to show partners how to implement use cases
- →Provide Partner-focused guidance on Stripe’s product
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role
- ✓5+ years of experience with hyperscaler platforms
- ✓Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners
- ✓Executive engagement skills and presence
- ✓Effective group-facilitation skills
- ✓Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture
- ✓Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to learn Stripe solutions
- ✓Ability to understand enterprise technology ecosystems
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills
- ✓Strategic and creative thinking
- ✓Background with Crypto technologies and Stablecoins is a plus
