About the Role
We are looking for a Product Lead to join the Payments Intelligence team at Stripe. This role involves scoping, designing, and building intuitive features that help users maximize their revenue while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop the long-term vision and strategy for Payments Intelligence products
- →Understand user needs by spending time with developers, sales, and support
- →Build and launch new capabilities and products that bring significant value to customers
- →Set the pace, prioritization, and execution for the team
- →Work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to solve technical and product problems
- →Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
- →Build and coach your team on best practices in defining product requirements
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of Product Management experience
- ✓4+ years of experience managing Product Managers
- ✓Strong business acumen and customer and partner facing experience
- ✓Operational savvy and analytical horsepower
- ✓Crisp communicator with high attention to detail
- ✓Results-oriented with a focus on executing complex projects
